Initiated in 1993 to address the need for a dedicated centre for treating over 1 million people with communication impairment.

Dedicated in improving quality of life for individuals with communication disorders in Sri Lanka.
Mission Statement
To enrich the quality of life of the communication impaired in Sri Lanka, with an emphasis on children by empowering them with education and knowledge and to extend our reach across the Island and improve awareness among rural populations regarding communication disorders.
Vision
To ensure speech and language therapy is accessible to everyone in the island irrespective of their socio-economic, ethnic or religious background.
